1. Please check if you blocked the SMS from Matrixport, if so, please unblock it.
2. Please check if your mobile number is suspended due to insufficient balance, if so, please recharge.
Didn't receive the Email verification code?
1. Please check if you blocked Matrixport emails, if so please unblock them.
2. If you didn't block Matrixport emails but you didn't receive the verification code, please check with the email service provider.
3. If the above two methods didn't work, we suggest you choose a different email for registration. If you already have a Matrixport account, please contact customer support to modify your email address.
