Customer can apply for changing email after one month of registration

#1. If the account is set with a phone number, please use the new email address to send the below information to support@matrixport.com:

Email title: Application to modify account email address + (mobile phone number or original email address)

Step 1. Please write the following statement on the note:

My full name is XXX, my Matrixport account is XXXXX (registered email or phone number). I decide to apply for account security operation at "Year/Month/Date". Now I need to modify my Matrixport account email: XXXXXXXX to a new one: XXXXXXXXXX. Once my application is approved and my email is modified, Matrixport is not responsible for any consequences the operation caused. I will take full responsibility.

Friendly Reminder:

1*Your signature and date are also required. (Your signature can be your full name but must be clear and matches with your full name provided in the text)

2*Statement note required can be printed out but must be in accordance to the statement provided by Matrixport as above.

Step 2. Please prepare a photo of your ID document (which you used for KYC2) and a selfie with a note.

After that, we'll make a phone call again, please kindly stand by for it for verification. 

#2. if the account is set without a phone number, please use the new email address to send the below information to support@matrixport.com.

My registered UID on Matrixport is XXXXX, the ID number used for KYC 2 is XXXXX. I confirm I am the owner of this account and all the documents provided are true. I will take full responsibility for my account after my email changed successfully. *Date

If your email was hacked or cannot access it, please contact us to verify your identity and temporarily freeze your account.

Customer Services will require  additional documents due to various modify email scenarios, please stand by the Customer Service's reply .
