Currently, Matrixport supports multiple channel verification, such as website links, email addresses, phone numbers, WeChat IDs, X(Twitter) accounts, Telegram IDs, Instagram accounts, LinkedIn accounts, Facebook IDs, and YouTube accounts. 

If you encounter the following situations while using Matrixport, you can visit the "Official Channel Verification" page as soon as possible. By verifying the authenticity and security of the corresponding accounts, the possibility of external personnel and external links impersonating Matrixport official phishing is eliminated.

• Claiming to be a "Matrixport official channel" trying to contact you
• Using channels with Matrixport brand to try to contact you
• Emails claiming to be “Matrixport official” trying to contact you
• Any situation where it is uncertain whether it is a Matrixport official person or channel

Safety is the basis of crypto trading. Matrixport recommends that every user continuously improve security awareness and not contact unofficial channels or disclose any account information.

If you find any impersonation of Matrixport brand information, you can email the Matrixport security team at msrc@matrixport.com. Matrixport will send a reward after verification (if multiple users send the same clue, the default is to send the reward to the first user who provides the clue).
