In our commitment to providing you with enhanced service and experience, we will temporarily suspend Fixed Income for an upgrade. This upgrade is scheduled to take place on December 5, 2023 from 14:00 to 17:00 (UTC+8).
Please note:
- Fixed Income will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade.
- Deposit interests will remain unaffected during the upgrade.
- After the upgrade is completed, orders with manual renewal enabled will transition to automatic renewal. You can monitor the change in annualized yield for Fixed Income products with the same tenor. Feel free to turn off automatic renewal at any time before 18:00 (UTC+8) one day prior to maturity.
