Scheduled Platform Upgrade Notice: Temporary Suspension of Leveraged Products

Dear Valued Users,
In our commitment to provide you with the best trading experience, we will be conducting maintenance works and implementing improvements to our platform’s trading services. As a result, our leveraged products will be temporarily unavailable from 10:00 – 12:00 (UTC +8) on May 31, 2023.
During this period, the position opening, closing and replenishment functions will be suspended, with services set to resume promptly upon completion of the upgrade process.
We will aim to keep the downtime to a minimum and recommend that you make any necessary risk prevention and management arrangements in advance.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to enhance your trading experience.
