The agreements involved in this update are:
1. The "Declaration of Non- Solicitation" to be confirmed by newly registered users
2. The "Automated Trading Product Agreement" is uniformly enabled for Grid Trading, Automatic Invest, Swap, and Algorithmic Trading products
3. "Flexi Saving Product Agreement" for Flexi Saving
