2.Where do the fixed income asset funds in the underlying assets go?

The funds are mainly invested in Matrixport's self-operated Collateralized Loans, Zero-interest Loans, Spot Leverage Product, Margin Funding. Matrixport does not guarantee 100% principal protection. If the market situation changes, the liquidation process does not fully recover the principal and interest to be repaid, and investors need to bear the resulting income or principal loss.

1) BTC/ETH/BCH smart bull:

If you are a currency-holding investor who is bullish on BTC and hopes that the currency volume will also increase when the currency price rises, you can purchase this product: the rise will accelerate the return of the capital, and the fall will enjoy the basic income.

2) BTC/ETH/BCH smart bear:

If you are a currency-holding investor, long-term bullish but short-term bearish, and hope to hoard more coins when the currency price falls, you can choose this product: the appreciation of assets increases, and more coins are earned when the currency price falls.

3) USDT/USDC is smart bull:

If you hold USDT/USDC and want to buy coins/do long investments in the short-term, you can buy this product: you are not afraid of retracement when you fall, and you will gain exponentially when you rise.

4.What are the risks?

Matrixport does not guarantee 100% principal protection. In case of any extreme market situations, an investor will have to face losses in income or principal incurred when the principal and its interest fail to be repaid in the full amount during the position-closing process.

5.Settlement description

For renewal cancellation: if you cancel a renewal, your USDT/USDC will be settled at the last day of the investment cycle, and your BTC/ETH will be settled within 3 business days after the cycle ends. 

6.Fundraising and investment cycle description

The product is valid for a long time, divided into multiple investment cycles. The days of each cycle and investment projects are subject to the platform announcement. 

During the fundraising/investment period, if the expected return of the product in the next investment cycle changes, Matrixport has the right to terminate the fundraising/investment at any time and return the funds and proceeds (if any) to your account.
