We would like to update that with effect from July 17, 2023 12:00 (UTC+8), Matrixport has implemented measures to limit “Hong Kong users” (1) access to wallet-only services on the Matrixport App. The cessation of App-based product offerings is in line with recent regulatory developments in Hong Kong.
If you are not a Hong Kong resident (i.e. you are residing outside of Hong Kong) and would like to enjoy continued access to the entire suite of products and services on the Matrixport App, please complete KYC 3 verification on our App with a non-Hong Kong address proof.

(1) Please be informed that “Hong Kong users” refer to:

All (new or existing) individual users with Hong Kong address proof (submitted during onboarding KYC process) and/or with Hong Kong (+852) registered phone number (without further non-Hong Kong address proof);
-
All (new or existing) individual users with a Hong Kong ID and without further non-Hong Kong address proof document; or
-
All (new and existing) entity users incorporated in Hong Kong.
