How to Deposit?

Within Matrixport.hk, on [Assets] choose a token such as BTC, click [Deposit],select the coin/token you prefer.

Select your preferred network, scan QR code or copy address to make a deposit.

How to make withdrawal?

Before your withdrawal, you need to complete the identity verification KYC advanced, bound your mobile phone or set up Google authenticator, and set the fund password on BIT.

Within Matrixport.hk, on [Assets], click [Withdraw], select the coin you prefer to withdraw

1) Make sure your deposit has the full required network confirmation before the withdrawal

2) Once the withdrawal generates a hash, there's no chance to retrieve it, please kindly wait for the network confirmation.
