All Matrixport-verified accounts must complete the eKYC onboarding process with Fly Wing Technologies Pte Ltd (“Fly Wing”) before gaining access to Fly Wing’s OTC service.

* Users who successfully complete Fly Wing’s onboarding process will be recognised as official customers of Fly Wing.

• Transparent Transfer: The on-ramp and off-ramp transaction flow in the OTC service is provided through direct account transfers at our partner banks. 
• 0 Handing Fee:  Matrixport does not charge any handling fees.*

* clients will still be subjected to applicable bank fees/charges

The assets currently supported by OTC services are as follows:

• Supported Fiat Currency: USD
• Supported Crypto Assets: USDT, USDC
