Select the token type you wish to withdraw in the “Wallet” Tab, click “Withdraw” and you’ll enter the Withdraw page. 

You would be requested to key in the amount you intend to withdraw and the receiver’s address.

However, in order to ensure the safety of your assets, there are several additional procedures for withdrawal. To complete these procedures, you would need to have connected your account to your email, phone number, or Google Authentication, and have set up your Fund Password.

When you make the withdrawals, we’ll verify your identity. You would be requested to key in 1) the verification code we send to your phone or email, or the Google Authentication code, and 2) the Fund Password. 

Withdrawal might triggers second verification, as such, we will: 

1) call the phone number that has been bound with your Matrixport account, dial number will be +65 66778010;

2) If there’s no phone number set up, we'll send confirmation email via support@matrixport.com to your registered email;

The maximum and minimum amount available on the “Withdraw” page. This amount is determined by the balance in your wallet and your 24h withdrawal quota.

Once the withdrawal is generated hash(released from Matrixport ), check confirmation status on token explore with hash, also it cannot be retrieved.
