2. If the transaction status on the blockchain is "unconfirmed" or the confirmation amount is less than Matrixport deposit required confirmation amount, please wait patiently.
3. When the transaction confirmation amounts reach the Matrixport deposit required confirmation amount, the deposit will be credited into your account automatically.
4. If the transaction status on blockchain got enough confirmation amount but the asset still didn't reach your Matrixport account, please contact customer support and provide your registered email/phone number, type of cryptocurrency you deposit, deposit address and TXID, customer service will help you with your deposit.
