Dear Matrixport User,
It has come to our attention that some of our users have not bound their account with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), which might put their accounts in danger. For your asset safety, kindly complete the following:
Enable Two-factor Authentication (2FA) on your Matrixport APP immediately
We strongly recommend our users to enable the 2FA immediately after logging in to the Matrixport App, with a Google Authenticator or your mobile number. Also, be sure to set a lock screen password (e.g. Face ID or fingerprint verification) on your phone to prevent such situations. (here)
