1. Receive Lucky Money

Click on the redemption link, enter the email/phone number registered for use, and click "Get Now".

If you redeem the lucky money with an unregistered email/phone number and fail to complete registration within 10 days, the lucky money will permanently expire.

2. Automatic Activation Logic for Lucky Money

• For registered users: If the entered phone/email is already registered, the lucky money will be activated immediately upon clicking "Get Now" and will enter the statistical period.
• For unregistered users: If the entered phone/email is not registered, registration must be completed within 10 days of claiming for the lucky money to be activated immediately and enter the statistical period.

3.View Lucky Money

Upon successful receive and logging into the APP with the received account, a pop-up window will prompt you to view the lucky money. Additionally, you can go to the "ME" tab and click on "Trading lucky money" to view all received lucky money.

4. Trading

During the statistical period, all trading fees generated from applicable products will be included in the "Qualified trading fees".

5. Redeem Lucky Money

• During the statistical period, if there is redeemable lucky money, you can click the "Redeem" button at any time to claim it. If there is no manual redemption during the statistical period, all redeemable amounts will be automatically transferred to your Matrixport account after the period ends.
• Lucky money redeemable amount = MIN [Lucky money denomination, qualified trading fee * redemption ratio]
• Redemption sequence: The system prioritizes redeeming lucky money that is about to expire. If multiple lucky money have the same expiration time, the system will prioritize redeeming the one with the smaller denomination. Within the same time period, even if a user has claimed multiple lucky money, the system only supports deducting and redeeming them one by one.

6. Viewing Related Transaction Data

• Qualified trading fees: Total amount of transaction fees generated from applicable products during the statistical period.
• Redeemed Amount: Total amount of this lucky money redeemed to the Matrixport account during the statistical period.
• Qualified trading volume: Total transaction volume generated from applicable products during the statistical period.
• Redemption Ratio: The ratio of transaction fees that lucky money can be exchanged for.
